How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 2–4 working days and express delivery 1–2 working days. International delivery times are shown at checkout.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — UK standard delivery is complimentary on orders over £150.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unworn items with their tags attached within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
How do I find my size?
Each product has a Size guide link and Size & Fit notes with the model’s height and size. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are listed under Materials & Care on every product. Most of our natural fabrics prefer a cool hand wash and a line dry.
